SHIPPING POLICY
1. United Kingdom Deliveries

1.1 We use Royal Post for all deliveries.
​
1.2 Standard Delivery: Our process is to prepare your order and despatch within 48 Hours, which means that
you receive your order within 7 working days.
​
1.3 We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
​
2. Republic of Ireland deliveries
2.1 We use Royal Post for Republic of Ireland deliveries.
​
2.2 This is a standard post system
​
2.3 We pass on to our customers only the exact postage cost to us, which is calculated based upon weight
only and the destination.
​
2.4 All packages will be dispatched within 2 working days (4 working days if Bank Holiday)
​
2.5 When ordering goods from our site for delivery overseas you may be subject to additional import duties
​
and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for
customs clearance must be borne by you and we have no control over these charges and cannot predict
​
what they may be.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Please note that no refunds will be given on items that arrive at our warehouse damaged, or which have been used unless they were listed as faulty in the first instance. Refunds can only be issued to the card/account that was used to make the payment. When an item is returned for a refund, please note that the original shipping fees are not liable to be refunded.If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
